Not having a good night at all. Got home to find my dog (well actually my parents' dog but mine by proxy, especially as they are away at the moment) has a lump the size of a grapefruit on her chest from where she got a puncure last night (a nasty dog bit her).
I'm now feeling very guilty about not rushing her to the emergency out of hours vet. I don't have £100 for the callout fee!
I work just next door to a vets so I'll take her into work with me tomorrow. Feeling very guilty though and worried that the infection will get worse over night. This is almost as stressful as having a kid!

Thanks lovely people for the sympathy! I just needed to vent. Not enjoying coming home to an empty house and lots of stress! I'll give you an update tomorrow!

Magda is here, sitting on my couch, chatting with Mr Mav and I. We are having a great time! Dinner is in the oven, and Magda has made good friends with both Tidbit and our dog.
I can't believe she's here!
You all were right. She is a treasure. I am the luckiest Mav in the World!
