Roommate wanted for Dragon*Con ASAP

I live about 7 miles from the hotels. It's a cheap cab ride, no matter how many trips to and fro one takes, when compared to the price of a hotel room. Maybe I should offer up the large sectional couch and/or the floor space I gots for a minimal fee... ?

Good thought AURaptor but I myself will not stay anywhere but the con hotels anymore - been there done that, don't like. It's too convenient to go take a nap or grab a snack or even the bathroom but give it a try...

Oh, I'd agree completely. The parties, the convenience, the feeling of being IN the Con itself....That's why I've never really pushed the idea much before. I live too close to the Con to justify myself getting a room there, but too far away for anyone to crash here while attending. I'm thinking more of a last minute, rooms are all sold out, overflow , Plan C option.
