Rumors of Relighting the Firefly

I was at work the other day when several people started talking about a possible second Serentiy movie. I thought that was out of the question given the way that Serentiy sort of wrapped everything up, but who knows. Anyone have any new news?

And, just for the sake of future reference, if there's any actual news, rather than just rumors, about such a thing, no one will need to ask "is there any news?" because it would be plastered in large celebratory posts across every Firefly and Serenity website in existence.

LOL! So true - but there is always hope I guess - there was an option for two more movies when Joss signed up to do Serenity. I know there are a lot of unanswered questions...

well it wont be plastered across all the boards straight away, and do you want to now why

because every browncoat will spend the first hour onto top of the tallest building they can find shouting it out to the masses (yes there is the net to post it but it is just a reaction we will all have)

either that or we will have a massive naked dance celebration somewhere, yes im going to the special hell for that remark there

NEWS FLASH-

Investigators are just finding out what led to the massive amounts of thousands upon thousands of people to run naked in the cities and in the country around the world shouting “ It’s coming!! It’s coming back!!” At first it was believed by authorities that these folk were referencing the return of a comet like Be-Bop but it was found later that the CRAZIES were in utter joy and excitement over a television show that aired back in 02 called Firefly, with a spin-off movie named Serenity in 05. Some of the people weren’t totally without clothes; some were sporting long brown coats over their nakedness. Investigators say they will be checking into this mass hysteria by viewing the show. More story to come later.”

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's cousin heard from this guy he knows that there could be a new Firefly movie coming. Not quite sure how reliable this info is though..

P.s. are my apostrophes in the right spot? can never remember if they should be in front or after the s...

Well I can go one better. The college parrot squarked "...renit...oo" (clearly refering to Serenity 2). Now you can't get much more reliable about that. After all he's been right about other stuff, he is a pretty boy!
