Got in a 3.78 mile walk at lunch. Worked out on the 'Flex for 30 minutes, then took a walk after dinner for another 2.43 miles.

Haven't posted in a bit.
Mon: 8 or so km walk/march with a pack weighing about 20 lbs. Slow, though, as it took an hour and a half to get from A to B.
Tues: Legs hurt. Stretching, some push ups and sit ups.
Today: Rest some more, I guess. Did some stretches and legwork and sit ups.

Doesn't matter how long it takes GottHammer so long as you are doing it.
Yesterday was a 3.98 mile walk at lunch and then 3.41 after supper.
Today is going to be a scorcher, but I am going to brave it to get my walk in.

Got in a set today.
I really want to go get some ice-cream or something (along with groceries, etc), but it's been sooooo bloody hot lately. Don't know if it'll make it back (walking).
Right now it's 33 (91 F). It's supposed to storm today and rain tomorrow. Hopefully it does as that should cool things off. But, it's still /really/ sunny out, so we'll see.
@GottHammer:
Good to see you back

I'm going to start riding my bike to work as soon as I get my brakes adjusted which should be next paycheck.
Been doing a lot of swimming in the lake.

Welcome back Sassalicious!
Yesterday was 94F, but with the high humidity it felt like 105. Still got in a 3.76 mile walk. Did three sets of 50 push up and then three sets of 50 crunch situps.
Did another 2.65 miles after supper.

Welcome back
@Browncoat1:
You're a trooper! I would have never got out in temps like that.

I wish it were that simple. I really don't have another option or I would take it. My gym stays packed during the summer due to the heat so getting to the treadmills is simply not going to happen. I had considered a treadmill for home use, but I have other things to spend the money on at the moment, so outdoors in the heat it is.
Put in a 4.19 mile walk yesterday at lunch. Did another 2.83 after supper.
