Wait for it...
Wait for it...
Vump.
At last, we can retire
and give up this life of crime.
I wonder what's in the box?
Probably just the clue for the next check point.

Good stuff tonight eh? I thought Drive was absolutely a-mazing (and thankgod that guy only said Holmes about four times) but Heroes....well...some scenes, just seemed predictable and drawn out, like Claire pulling out the peice of glass and others were a bit forced, like the whole linderman thing. He goes from being a mysterious, unseen, puppetmaster to introducing himself to everyone including little kids? Pssh... The best part was Peter taking on Sylar and the wierd Isaac crucifiction scene.
Anyway...voting and bumping.

Isn't it always?
While Drive had more action, it left us with more questions.
Heroes is starting to wind down toward the end of the season, so it's revealing more plot points.
Is it wrong that I'm a little happy that Issac died.

NO! Stupid prophets making everybody think they know whats gonna happen and raising questions of fate and destiny....argh!!! I don't see why Heroes should be winding down though...is it going to end for good at the end of the season? NBC is advertising it as the "final chapters." If it is going to continue that it should be building up more to a big cliff hanger, not winding down. I just didn't think that anything was really revealed that I didn't already know was going to happen and what was revealed that I didn't see coming took all episode to happen and was kinda of annoying. I'm not one of those people who scream for more action, but it just seemed slow, regardless.
I thought Drive did a better job because, yes there was a lot of action but there was also a lot of stuff I didn't see coming that is really propelling the show forwad, such as the little brother getting shot and the crazy lady who talked to god inspiring her friend to get back in the race. Even when predictable stuff, such as the military husband finding out about his wife, happened it was accompanied by unexpected stuff, like when he threw the phone out the window.
All in all, IMO, drive just did a better job tonight.

I HOPE NOT!!!!
I think they mean the final chapters of the first season, NBC finally has a new hit show, I don't think they're going to let it go that easily.
I think I read somewhere that they signed it for a second season, but I'm not sure, I'll have to go check.
And I do agree that Heroes was a little slow tonight, But Drive didn't really deliver until the end either.

From an interview with Tim Kring on tvaddicts.com.
Quote:
how many seasons does the HEROES story go?
Tim Kring: We have a general idea of where the story is going for a few years. HEROES is the kind of thing that can keep spinning and spinning. There is not an island to get off of or a time frame where the world ends.
We have the entire story-line plotted out for season one. In terms of season two, we have a framework, but nothing specific. The pilot introduced a prophecy which will take the entire season to unravel. At the end of season one, there will be a resolution to the pilot’s prophecy. Season two will deal with an entirely new issue.
Can't find weather or not NBC has picked it up for another season, but it's more than likely they will.

They have, I just thought it was wierd that they were calling it the final chapters. I also knew that season one, with the whole nuclear bomb thing, would be totally wrapped up in one season. I guess I'm just wondering if the next season will be with different characters and what not, and that these are the final chapters for these heroes.
