Need a Wii bit of help with my "home theatre"

Hi guys, just got a Wii. Which meant that the TV that we had prior (almost as old as I am) had to go. Somehow I was able to convince my wife that an HDTV was a good idea (a *really* good sale). But, the problem is that it only has one component input and I got 3 devices that want in.

So, a system selector is the way to go.

I found these:

And I'm leaning toward the latter.

But, at the same time, I've seen some negative comments about the latter and I'm sure that there have been problems with the former as well.

So, my question is, how did you guys deal with this? Which product did you use? Hopefully a < $100 (or there abouts) solution, please.
