From this day forward those Browncoats who are serious about writing fanfic in the Firefly Verse and discussing all aspects of writing on a professional level will be known as the Big Damn Scribblers. Should we post our serious writerly threads in General Discussions or Firefly Episode Discussions?

Well, if the goal is to write as well as those on Firefly in the hopes of one day maybe producing published works in the 'verse - Firefly Episode Discussions. Besides, General Discussions can get really cluttered.

May I suggest the Blue Sun Room forum? That is the current discussion forum for the creative side and already has a number of good threads for the betterment of writing.

Yeah, what RMMC said. I've posted all my writerly threads in the Blue Sun forum hence far, and that IS what it's there for. Good call, good call.

Yup, fanfic discussions go in the Blue Sun room. Or at least they're supposed to! I vote that's where we post. Plus it'll make other fanficcers aware of what we're doing.

I concur, BSR is the place to talk fanfic. While it is nice to fantasise about our written work being turned into episodes , it doesn't really seem right to discuss it in the episodes forum.
