Finn: Hey, Finn?
Finn: What?
Finn: You’re a Honky Fish Eating Mick.
Finn: I’m offended by that racist and intolerant remark.
Finn: Who gives a shit?
Finn: I don’t know.
Finn: Well, shutup then.
Finn: Deep down, I know you don’t want to hurt me with your words.
Finn: Ass.

On behalf of fisheaters worldwide, 6SJ would like to raise his objections to the obscene remarks made about them by Finn.
But 6SJ?
Yes JS6?
You're Irish too.
Right! Let's go get drunk!
Brilliant!

6SJ would like to let MistressSahara know that he has a very good idea where she's coming from and has been in a very dark place for a very long time himself and knows how frightening the the darkness can be. It wasn't always that way and it has gotten quite a bit better over the last couple of years, but 6SJ has come to terms that he will never fit society's definition of "normal". Especially since he won't submit to taking pills to "normalize" his behavior and will continue to try to work out his demons on his own terms.
6SJ is very happy he can make somebody smile every once in a while when he knows that people's usual reactions to his thoughts are to rip out their hair and spew obscenities.
6SJ has been through 2 seperate episodes in the past which shrinks have tried to convince him were attempts, but is still in denial that that is what was really going on subconsciously and thinks that it's just stupid things that kids do sometimes.
Though 6SJ is aware that he's the cousin that everybody hopes won't show up to Thanksgiving Dinner, he wants MistressSahara to know that she's around friends and family here and is glad that there aren't any hard feelings.
6SJ still hasn't heard anything from TWG for a while and really hopes that she can forgive him for being so wrapped up in his own opinion that he was insensitive to her in another thread.

Once I have the opportunity I need to inform 6string that TWG has left and that this is her latest (and possibly last) blog entry:

zài-jiàn
I'm going to take some time away.
I've gone away before and returned...hopefully I won't be gone for good. I just need time away from some of the attitudes here. This isn't just RWE stuff. Things just aren't the same and I haven't changed with them. I don't know if I'm stuck in the 'good ol days' or what. See ya round.
Bye.

6SJ appreciates Khyron taking the time to point that out. Was wondering where she went to.
:(
6SJ really appreciates her specifically mentioning that it wasn't the RWE, but can't help but feel that an offhanded remark not even directed at her is the reason she's gone now.
Maybe she'll be much like 6SJ and say she's staying away, but come right back in a few weeks cause it's hard to stay away. Hoping she's okay and she knows about the regret deep within 6SJ. Thinking somebody close can tell her.

Chrisisall:
You know you're an idiot? Multiple presonality is not an aspect of schizophrenia. You totally got it wrong, and as usual, are an ass.
Chrisisall:
You're right.
Chrisisall:
I'm- well...I expected you to be all defensive-y. Huh.
Chrisisall:
I don't argue with crazy peeps.

Finn: Finn?
Finn: Yes, Finn?
Finn: It seems to me that in our politically correct charged atmosphere there is intent to embody words with greater malevolence then is truly possible. Although modern thought seemingly rejects curses and witchcraft as primitive notions or conception of fiction, modern sensibilities has been unable to abandon the idea that a word is endowed with some form of malice regardless of its usage. And this has begun to surface in alarming ways concerning the modern concept of social “tolerance,” which like the old idea of curses has begun to resemble a superstitious control of language.
Finn: Yes, Finn. For instance when I call you a “Honky Fish Eating Mick” it is because I hate you and intend to kill you later, and it is perfectly reasonable that a person would be offended by that. But it is not the words themselves that are offensive, but their use.
Finn: Indeed, Finn, and I was quite offended. Good show! But this is not the way all words are used. For instance, the word “Schizo,” in the current context, is not used as a direct reference to people suffering from Schizophrenia. The worst that can be said about it is that it is a very informal term, but this is a very informal discussion.
Finn: So how should we respond to such concerns?
Finn: I think sixstring did well in assuaging those concerns, by pointing out that there was no slight intended.
Finn: Yes, Finn. You are a smart cookie.
Finn: Yes. Yes, I am. I think a reading from the Holy Scriptures is in order:
A reading from the Episode of “The Savage Curtain,”
And it came to pass that when the image of Abraham Lincoln was beamed aboard the Enterprise he did speak to Lieutenant Uhura saying, “What a charming Negress." But thinking his language had offended (as perhaps did the 1960s audience), he spake again saying “Oh, forgive me, my dear. I know in my time some used that term as a description of property.”
To which Uhura responded, saying “But why should I object to that term, sir? In our century, we've learned not to fear words.”
Finn: So sayeth the Holy Episodes, Amen.

Casino Royale was cool. But Bond was a wimp. He had a hard time w/too many peeps. I woulda kicked their asses quick.
Chrisisall:
He beat some down in seconds. Others took a little longer, 'cause, well, chase scene.
Chrisisall:
Jet Lee should play Bond, but with make-up. Sort of a reverse on the thing Joel Gray did in Remo Williams, The Adventure Begins.
Chrisisall:
You have too many thoughts. :disappionted:
