Not much today, either.
Did some abs stuff (some situps, leg raises, bicycle thingy) before going to 'work'.
Some brisk walking.

Got a new receiver for the tv yesterday, so I decided that it was a prefect opportunity to fix the wire mess behind it. Needless to say, it involved a couple hours of moving things around, etc (including trouble shooting, which isn't completely trouble free yet). Got somewhat sweaty, so I'm counting it.
Today was a 30+ min walkabout.

Not much today, too.
I guess this is pretty much a 'rest week'.
Some brisk walking, some ab work, stretching and pushups.
A fair amount of eating (practically 4 meals, one of them at a chinese resto...)...baaaaaad.

Spent about an hour walking around town delivering a lot of newspapers to estate agents. Also had a light arms/shoulders session (with sit-ups between most exercises):
Military Presses - 20 reps with 2x 20lbs dumbells (2x10)
Arnold Presses - 20 reps with 2x 20lbs dumbells (2x10)
Seated Individual Bicep Curls - 40 reps (20 per arm) with a 20lbs dumbell (4x10)
Tricep Dips - 20 dips (2x10)
Sit-Ups - 120 sit-ups (6x20)

About 1 1/2 hr walking today. Well, not exactly walk per se. More like, the snow is melting and I have to be almost acrobatic to walk the side walks. So, more than just the normal walking exercise.

Was supposed to rest today, but...
Some abs work (situps, leg raise stuff), a fair amount of stretching, some arnis drills (cruzada stuff, basic strikes and triangle), suburi w/ bokken (100 strikes for each target area: men, kote, and do, then some haya suburi), two sets of 24 step Tai Chi (one 'normal', one 'reverse').
Hopefully I can play airsoft tomorrow...

Made it to a NIA class this morning - nice workout fun and jazzy. Plan to do some weights and floor work tonight watching Dr. Who DVD I got in the mail yesterday.
Gotthammer - What is arnis?

It's also known as escrima or kali.
It's filipino stick fighting, basically (though blades are also used, such as a combination of swords
Its a nice, practical art which, unlike most martial arts with weapons, starts you off with weapons before moving on to unarmed training (mano-mano, I think...kicking is called sikaran, I think. I forget).
(edit)Today:
Got to play airsoft (for those unfamiliar: its wargames using electric 'guns' that shoot 'bb pellets') for several hours with a friend. Weather was moderately hot (good thing cloud cover is, though I was wearing a parka and helmet for protection).
Also did some walking with a 15 lbs. or so pack (to get to the game site).
The game site was nice, mostly 'urban' terrain. Give or take a hundred people were in attendance. Since my 'gun' was in the shop, I was lent a modified Tokyo Marui Thompson. Got 7-8 'kills' in 4 games (6 of which were in one game...c'mon, lining up against a wall and not securing the area opposite said wall?
).
