For those of you who can remember this... It seems like the Cordy! show is a combination of THAT GIRL! and The Mary Tyler Moore show. It really looks like this to me. What do you you think?

Yup, single gal surviving in the city is what it looks like to me. You can consider it a metaphor for the episode if you want; Cordy is being offered a life on her own to contrast with her life within Angel Investigations.

I just got done reading the transcript for "Birthday", like, three minutes ago, and I come here and see this thread.

What are the odds!

"Birthday" was a very good episode. The whole Cordy! Show took me by surprise. I thought it was a pretty clever insertion.

I didn't like that episode where Angel got turned into a Muppet...for some unknown reason this bothered me. Maybe I don't like muppets or something...
