Did over an hour's worth of practice tonight. A set of 24-step Tai Chi, some Hsing-I, and some basic stuff for each of the weapons I practice with (arnis, bokken and jian).
Some cardio, stretching and situps, too.

Only a 45+ min walk today... better than nothing.

Did about 2 hours of Tai Chi practice (mostly 24 step, but with some push hands) and some Hsing-I.
Had about an hour's worth of Arnis practice (would've been longer, but today was mostly lecture, and physical stuff was up to the individual).
Fair amount of stretching in both classes.
20 or so minute walk under the really hot sun. I now have a slight headache...

Short yoga set this morning and longer one this evening - after shoveling snow from my driveway!

Missed tai chi and arnis practice today.
I then decided to punish myself with a few pushups, stretching, and more than an hour and a half long walk/march with a backpack that weighs at least 20 lbs. (4x 5 lbs. steel plates, clothes and a 1.5 liter bottle of water).

Feet now hurt.

Attended the first (of three) days of a Tai Chi and Qigong Seminar. Got dizzy from breathing exercise/s.

Still feel a bit some 7 hours after we ended. Gotta sleep this off...
...coz' day 2 starts in less than 5 hours.

It's been *very* cold here lately. So, given that I don't really have a winter coat, I haven't been able to go out and about. But, the weather changed and I was able to get in a 30-45 min walk about today.

Probably be able to get another one in over the weekend as well.

Maybe you should talk to the instructor. The doesn't exactly sound good and we don't want you to get hurt.

EDIT: So, the first Panna Cotta went south along with the second (IMO). But, the wife really wanted to try it so she gave the second batch a try. Apparently it's *really* good. I got batch number 3 in the fridge (I'm determined to make it right).

That being said, I don't want to give anyone the impression that it's hard to make. What the problem was with my first batch is that the recipe called for agar-agar. I only had gelatin and I apparently didn't use enough (or the bloom count was too low).

For the second batch, I got agar-agar and apparently suffered the same problem (but it certainly was a major improvement).

This 3rd batch (actually a 1/2 batch) has a bit more agar-agar in it. I think it should work this time... we'll see (*knocks on wood*).

Tuesday, Thursday, same old stuff.

Except, yesterday, my dad didn't want to do so much cardio because he did lower body - and for some reason, my right leg is more sore than my left (like hobbling, stairs-are-complete-hell sore). I don't get it: I'm using machines, so they should be working the same; I'm right-handed, so shouldn't my right leg be stronger? I could be wrong on this one - I think I balance better on my left, but is that a strength thing, too?

You might be subconsciously favouring your right leg.

Not sure about the balancing thing. Though I really don't believe it's a function of strength (at least for "normal" situations ).
