See, I adore cinnamon and some stuff, and I think it combines with chocolate extreeeeeemely well. Actually, I've been amazed at how well cinnamon combines with many things. Just about anything with some sweetness to it that I've added cinnamon to has been enhanced by it. It's great!!

i do love to add it to any kind of tomato sauce i'm making, along with a big spoonful of soft brown sugar, think it brings out the taste of the tomato's really well xD
so, who else has something odd they add cinnamon to?

I've added cinammon to my mango smoothies. It's amazingly good.
