I was just chatting to someone in croatia throught the chat. They would like to have some of the cast and/or Joss at a FF&S convention in croatia. They haven't been able to get an account yet, so I've done this for them. What would they need to do to go about getting some BDH's to per-maybe-haps put in an appearance?

Anybody who disagrees with any of this violently can do so. But no matter what you do, "You can't take the sky from me".

Hello,

Now I'm gonna give some proper info and thank andman for posting the topic!!!!

In March, 23-25th 2007, an SF&F convention called ISTRAKON is being held in Pazin, Croatia. I dare say that it is Croatians biggest and best convention in the country. Since we are a small country, visitors count up to over 700, with a lot of Buffy, Angel and of course Firefly fans (among others).

Funds are collected from donations (which is never enough) and each year we have a new Guest of Honor (last year we had Brian Aldiss).

It would be our utmost pleasure and joy to have Joss as our Guest of Honor, or any other cast members. Joss would be the man because he is known here for his Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Serenity work and comic work, etc. But as I said, we would be very happy to at least get some contacts, not to mention our happiness if anyone actually replies and comes.

So if any of you have any contacts, whether their agents or themselves, I promise I'm not a stalker but just an ambitious organizer trying to get some kick ass guests!

Well they will probably have to arrange for an apearance through whichever persons agent. After a bit of googling I found Joss' agent information on this site http://www.browncoatsriseagain.com/ I'm not really having much luck with the others. I suspect because so many of them have played FBI agents but the information should be out there.

and contact Sean Henry,
he has organized the Starfury Serenity Conventions in London and has had all the BDHs (but not Joss) as guests,
if Sean feels you are legit he could probably share the convention managers/agents for these actors.

Another option is to join up at the original Fox Firefly message board - http://forums.prospero.com/foxfirefly/start - then address this question to Affable_Chap. That is Chris Buchanan, one of the producers of Firefly and Serenity, and former president of the now disbanded Mutant Enemy Productions. I know for a fact that he checks in there frequently.
