MovieMylars.com --- Gone?

Back in September, I placed an order for a Serenity Mylar on MovieMylars.com.
I forgot about the order until a few weeks ago, and realized that although I had made my payment (it was deducted from my PayPal account), the order never shipped. In fact, on the MovieMylars website, my order still shows as "Pending".
I tried contacting Tom (the owner of MM.com), and I managed to get one response from him after about 5 e-mails. In that response, he said he would look into it. That was a couple of weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything since.
Has anyone else here had problems with MovieMylars.com? The site is listed on a couple of different Serenity sites, including SerenityStuff.com.
Any information from the Browncoat community would be appreciated.
In the mean time, if anyone happens upon this site ( http://www.moviemylars.com ), beware . . . you may be throwing your money away.
