Help with unification war background

while writing a serial story about the unification war, i have encountered a certain problem. I use the unofficial timeline of the fireflywiki which helps a lot, but i have a problem relating to the actual official battles that took place. i know serenity valley was on hera, but on which planets are New Kasmir and Du Khang. I don't know if it is acutally stated anywhere, but if i should have missed something please point me to it.
