Question regarding the Comics

I finally purchased the Serenity: Those Left Behind comic awhile back and thoroughly enjoyed it. I see there are "collector" comics with the BDH's on the covers...forgive an ignorant questions, but are all nine of those the same as the Left Behind comic? I like the different covers, and was thinking about getting a few, but I want to know if they are actually all the same comic.

Yep, same story.
"Those Left Behind" was originally published in three issues, each one having three variant covers, for a total of nine separate covers, one for each crew member.
