I do have to say that there were a couple of very helpful staff members who tried to offset the rude behavior of others and after completely wasting Friday trying to get the reservation nightmare straightened out, Ermin at the Hyatt went out of his way to make sure the rest of our weekend went smoothly.
Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.
