I suppose we should start actually discussing something, rather than just sitting here! Any suggestions? Brain is fried today!
EDIT - Just thought of something! The 'Sugar Water' scene from an episode of Buffy. Basically, Buffy is having a bit of a crisis and has a very sexy dance with a guy who fancies her like crazy (Xander) to make her boyfriend (Angel) jealous.
Has anyone here ever been on the wrong end of the jealousy game? Anyone have someone try to make them jealous?
Just as I'm typing this I think we may have discussed this before... Correct me if we have!

Well I think we have, but my two cents are, deliberately making someone jealous is unkind and wrong. It never helps. If they like you, then they do. If not, then no amount of taunting will help.
That's just my opinion though:)

i s'pose, mostly just for the sake of supposing, that the logic might be to goad someone into admitting they like you, or prick their pride into them taking some action.

I guess I am just so direct I'd be more along the lines of. "I like you, if you like me , then we should go out."

Sounds like a sensible way to be, MSG. I never got what making someone jealous was supposed to accomplish anyway, unless you're setting out to hurt someone.
I have had the jealousy game backfire on one boyfriend and one would be boyfriend. They tried to make me jealous and I dumped them. I don't have the time or patience for mind games.

Hello....
Got a short span here.... i've had this discussion here before... the jealously thing... i was used by a girl to make a guy jealous and as a result had to fight the dude... was not a fun night - so i would recommend against using jealousy as a tool in the war of love... even though it's been said that "all's fair" in such situations... it really isn't...
