Shiny License Plate

I did some investigating into vanity plates in Massachusetts. Unfortunately they're not as good a deal here. It takes $50 just to get the plates, then $73 a year for renewal (as opposed to $42 every two years for regular plates).

"SHINY" is taken, and vanities are limited to six characters instead of seven. So BRNCOAT wouldn't be possible here. Some other 'versical plates do seem to be available though.

However, I'm not sure the extra money can be justified even at my level of geekiness...

73 dollars a year!?!? ....Thats Insane!!! Theres no way I'd have anything other than ATH-5350 (the one I was assigned)If it cost so much... Bonkers, just bonkers!

I don't have custom plates, but I do have the frame that says Serenity on the top and "Knowing which River not to cross" on the bottom.

I love it because someone that is not a fan probably thinks it some kind of proverb or feng shui thing :)
