I heard that Morena was up for the role of Wonder Woman, too. But, I think JW is also considering Summer Glau, which I think would make a better WW.Physically, I truly think she could pull it off. Don't get me wrong, though, Morena is hot, but I'm a River fan myself.

It was a slow day at work and I was thinking (very dangerous!).

If JW does cast Morena as WW it could be a payback for cutting a lot of her scenes in the BDM, thus giving her a shot at real stardom.

There is precedent for this. Kevin Costner was the body in the beginnning of the "BIG CHILL" and was supposed to appear in multiple flashbacks but they all ended up on the cutting room floor.

Lawrence Kasdan, the director, felt bad and cast Kevin Costner in a big role his next film,the western, "SILVERADO". Kevin proved he was star material and his career took off from there. Until "WATERWORLD" that is. LOL

I agree though that Gina Torres would also make a fantastic WW.

I, too, am still at least 5'8" -- back injury
took off a fraction -- and can vouch for anyone
else here who is "tall" (though on the "short"
side of it, LOL) at 5'8" because it really has
been an issue for me, as well.

We need to form the "short side of tall" club for women.

Actually at my last physical in June I was 5'7 7/8". I didn't like the nurse writing that down on my chart. I've always claimed 5'8" since I was 13 or so and towered above the boys.

You should have gone to some of the docs I had
to go to with the back thingy.

"Nurse" made me put down my giant bag to weigh
me but then flipped the height thing around
and took my height while I still had thick
sandals on.

I pointed that out to the doc and he subtracted
an inch but, while we were negotiating that, it
occurred to me that a previous doc's office
had done the same thing and I hadn't even thought
to mention it because all I wanted to do at the
time was to stop having to stand up.

Both of these guys were allegedly
professional evaluators who were conducting
exams for the record.

Experts -- I larf.

Dave, I'll concede the point.
It has been reported that Nathan actually
smelled like oranges during a particular encounter.
