Yeah, I've made little icons off and on again for years. I generally just use mspaint and zoom in all the way, coloring one pixel at a time.

well in this case i took one frame from the dancing banana image i always use, then took off his arms and made new ones for him. I have done stuff from scratch, though. Maybe I can dig some of it up sometime.
