Questions about Serenity

I have 3 questions about the movie:

First, I thought I recalled seeing in the theaters something about Book telling Wash the whole "I'm a leaf on the wind" thing.

Second, at the end when Zoe says "She's tore a plenty, but she'll fly true" about Serenity, I thought I remembered Wash saying the same thing about Serenity earlier in the movie.

And third, at the end when they're doing the funerals, it looks like Zoe's lighting a model rocket, and I thought I remembered it being fired off.

These are all things that I thought I remembered from the movie when I saw it in theaters. Of course, I could be wrong, but does anyone have anything to say?

Did you perhaps attend some of the early screenings in LA? There were some changes made after that.
I know Inara's bow & arrow one was of them. I saw three times in the theater and don't remember any of the moments you recall.

No I saw it in Septmeber when it came out. Weird, because when I first watched it on DVD I noticed all those things were missing. Well, I only saw it once in theaters so that could be it.
