Angelus and Spike have both been mentioned, but if we're going with Buffy/Angel baddies then my all time favourite is Drusilla. Evil, cruel, romantic, intelligent, powerful, psychic and utterly insane. TV heaven! (In a hellish way ... obviously ... )

Son of Mackenzie Calhoun (so technically it'd be "Xyon Calhoun" or "Xyon of Calhoun," since Calhoun is the place on Xenex where Mak's from). He turns up in the New Frontiers novels.
