Hey, everyone.
I just wanted to thank you all once again for all of your help, tips, advice, opinions, etc. It was much appreciated!
I decided to go ahead and order the "Serenity: Those Left Behind" comic book for my friend along with another book (not related to Firefly/Serenity).
I hope she likes it! I think she will, though.
Thanks again for all of your help!! 
*As a side note regarding the brief mentions of "Heart of Gold": I love it; I thought it was a great episode.
