Flooding

Well . . .the town just down the road is under about a foot of water. One of my buddies parents are being evacuated upstate as I type this. Any body else weathering the weather?

Some of my family is over that way. But though they got a lot of rain, the town is well above water.

I'm in northeastern PA -- which was saturated. They said last night that it was a once-in-a-century rainfall/flooding. There was quite a bit of local flooding and flash-flooding throughout my county (thankfully, I'm up at a high elevation, but a lot of roads were washed out).

Wilkes-Barre (in the next county) is badly flooded again. It would've been worse, but they built up the levees after Hurricane Agnes in 1972, which destroyed the whole town.
