Don't worry about it. Just try and correct it when I find it. 
Can't tell you which type of sake it was from the color. although the darker ones should be more the plum wine. Also each prefecture or region of Japan has its own special flavors etc. One bar owner I knew over there prefered Wild Turkey herself. That stuffs hell a strong and firey going down!!!! Did a qazi stunt men one time w/ it. Tried to toss a small bit of it down like a shot. Stupid me ended up spraying it instead. Everyone at the bar got a nice kick out of it though. There was a mix at local night club I used to frequent over there and drink was called a Samurai. Basically was Sake mixed w/ Green grenidean (sp?) Not too bad of a taste. Either way enjoy the drinks and keep the party going. Oh and nice job w/ posting the Sniper kitty my Forsaken friends !!!!
