Serenity widescreen is now #2 and Firefly is #3. The price of serenity has also gone up from around $11 to $13.74 since this morning!

This is the generalized DVD selling list, not broken into specific genres. The only thing ahead is Syriana, which came out on Tuesday.

Wow!
Success beyond my imagination.
Would have been nice if we could have scooped the #1 spot, but it's kind of hard to beat a critically acclaimed oscar nominee new release.

We have every right to be proud of ourselves.

Wonder what the Universal and Best Buy sales look like?

And that's just half of the fun - I can't wait for all those shiny new recruits to show up! Better order more 'coats and strawberries, people...

Unfortunately, Serenity isn't doing too well on the German amazon.de...

Regular Edition: rank 1.131 (Maybe because it's still at about 24 bucks over here)
Limited Edition: rank 366 (I guess we likes us some extras!)

I didn't even order from there, myself, I have to admit - I could do much more for the cause by ordering from amazon.com and having it sent to the Whedonverse Project.

Firefly is at 92, though, and the box just went down from 50 to 30 Euros (US$62 to US$ 37), so I'm guessing the rank is gonna improve soon - and Firefly was NEVER aired in Germany, and the channel that bought the rights isn't even planning on doing so - maybe the DVD sales are gonna change that. Apart from that, good Firefly sales will eventually result in better Serenity sales, especially when the prices go down, which should happen soon. We'll definitely Arsch treten come the 'Versary in September, after the virus spread in Germany. I haven't lost faith in my people yet.

The Serenity Summer Campaign is on, baby - prepare yourselves to kick some serious pigu!
September 30th is Serenity 'Versary! Be there or be a purple-belted poop-head. (<- not the official slogan.)
I'm so into Firefly, my butt glows in the dark.

SAMEERTIA, I Think I got that right...Anywho to all, I went to pick my check up at Best Buy Friday and as of 3PM we had sold one copy! ONE! I have been telling everyone that comes in about it, I even have it on the new release table with the soundtrack, which we just got back into stock because we ran out last week, which was 3, then and now. Firefly also had a nice kick her last week from me putting it on the table, along with the soundtrack, both were gone in a couple of hours, without my help :)

I shall you know figured later on today on if we sold anything else.

It would have been slightly better if the seller I bought my DVD's from yesterday would have been able to accept my credit card payment. I got an email from Amazon this morning saying that I wouldn't be getting my DVD's through no fault of my own.

Gorram useless Amazon crap!!
