Posting Oddness

While this might not be the appropriate forum for this, I am having extreme problems posting, and more importantly editing any of the fiction I've posted... ever. I say this, because due to the formating scheme of the site, a vitally important line from Legacy 2:22 is missing. It should have said "12 hours earlier", but instead is totally lacking.
But that notwithstanding, has anybody else had trouble with the site of late?

I'm also encountering problems when I attempt to post my fic. Although I post the entire text for the chapter as usual (and they're not especially long, either)only part is being posted. First time around, about 2/3 went up. Second attempt, about three paragraphs. Anybody having this problem? What gives?
