My list could go on for pages, so I'll merely list a few...
1)Final fight in Defiance, with Jan-Michael Vincent. It don't get much more real than that.
2)Luke vs. Vader in Empire.
3)Over and under the truck in Raiders.
4)Jackie's final fight in either Drunken Master 2, or Who Am I?.
5)Brandon Lee vs. assorted trash under and over the table in The Crow.
6)Spike vs. Angel and/or puppet Angel in Angel season 5.
7)Buffy vs. demons in Buffy season 3 premiere, Anne, and season 4, Primeval.
8)Bruce, in the restored Game of Death.
9)Deckard cat and mouse in the Blade Runner final confrontation.
10)Jet Lee, Black Mask, pick a fight, any fight.
11)Max vs. the Red series, in the Rising ep of Dark Angel, first season.

Always liked the train station shootout in The Untouchables.
The beginning fight in Pacte des Loups(Brotherhood of the Wolf).
Just about any of the fights in Ring of Steel.
Holding until you get back, Captain.

My favorite classic fistfight is probably from John Wayne's 'The Quiet Man'. They come out swinging and come home singing...that's a good wholesome fight the way God intended.

First thing that came to mind was John Carpenter's "They Live"
No weapons, no wires, no computer animation, just two guys and a pair of sunglasses.
The movie is a guilty pleasure, but oh so good on so many levels.
