No, this thread isn't about illegal aliens, it's about legal aliens. These legal aliens would presumably not be making much money (though they would make at least minimum wage) and likely wouldn't be given many, if any, benefits by their employers. These two factors would likely make them Democrats, if they were to vote. Politically that's an upside for my party, sorry to be so blunt about it. If new immigrants lead to a permanent Democratic majority in the future then I'll be a happy man.
