I agree. These past few days I've almost been afraid to stop by for fear of reading still more squabbling over minute details. I also want to do what I can for Firefly/Serenity, but not at the expense of losing what makes this forum so great: respect and a common love of our show/movie & BDHs. If things go on the way they have recently, I'm going to rethink which threads I choose to read. I put up with squabbling and pettiness at work every day and I certainly don't need to come home and encounter more of it.
Call me selfish if you want. I'm just tired of the squabbling.

I haven't posted much here lately, but this situation is really bothering me. I'm reading about people who are growing afraid, scared, frightened.
WTF? How old are you people? This is just a message board. We're not sheep, we all don't have to agree and act like robots.
Older fans should not crush the spirit of the new fans. It's okay to have more than one activity on Joss's birthday. For crying out loud, what's the matter with everyone?

Ultimately whatever the "decision" is Browncoats will probably give their support. The fact that the debates are still going on is kinda sad, but understandable. As soon as all the decisions have been made and everything was agreed on (however difficult that may sound) we will probably go on and do the misbehaving that's been promised. ;)
