Well, if Sci-Fi starts another round, tell people that now is a good time to start...
One day.
One mission.
One army of Browncoats.
On June 23rd, we aim to misbehave.

I noticed something weird about the episodes the last time I saw them on Sci-Fi. They played them in what I consider to be the correct order (i.e the order Joss has them on the DVD) but they also showed the "previously on Firefly" clips that originally aired with the episodes. Which meant some of the episodes had "previously" clips for episodes the channel hadn't aired yet!
Did anyone else notice that? And does anyone know what Mal/Inara teaser scene they showed for 'Objects in Space'? Was it the one the network aired or the one from the DVD, where Mal and Inara talk about her leaving?

My brain went for 'Quatro de Mayo' jokes instead.
My apologies as well to our friends across the Pond and in Mexico. No offence was meant.

OMG! I didn't know about this - just think how many new browncoats this could create!
I was recruited when they showed FF last October.

Gorram it! According to my T.V. guide, there is no Firefly on May 4th. Sorry for the poorness of my research into the validity of internet based news.
I'll be in my bunk....

That's because even on the DVD box set, the final episodes 'are not' in the order they were originally intended to be shown in.
'Objects in Space' was not originally the final episode of the series, it was 'The Message'. I'm not sure of the exact intended running order of the final 5 Eps but I think it was War Stories, Objects in Space, Trash, Heart of Gold and The message.
Whedon swapped them around for the DVD release with only one continuity slip in The message, see if you can spot it
