I'm colour-blind, worked fine for me.

Interesting...If you wait until you see the green moving dot and
then quickly jerk your entire head to one side or direction
you'll see an entire circle of green dots momentarily.

Wow, that's one of the spookiest things I've ever seen! How can it be???

It's called motion induced blindness. If ya want the medical techie stuff...I'm not your gal.

Here's another one if your eyes have recovered:

Dude, RMMC, that site sucked up like an hour of my life!
It was really cool.

Thanks, Starrbaby. I used to have a link to a site that had more info on how the phenomenon worked, but I seem to have misplaced it. If I can find it, I'll post it. I think I found out about these sites while lurking in the rafters at alt.Callahans.

RMMC, I want a lot of medical jargon, I'll talk to a doctor.

Seriously, that one was pretty cool, too. Thanks for sharing! I need to have my mind blown every now and again, preferably without chemical involvement. The mind gets numb after a day at work so I need to wake it up again to be sure it's really still there.

You're welcome. I understand, as I'm usually brain-fried after work as well and tend to be silly or snarky as a by-product. New, unusual or the down-right bizarre help keep me on an even keel.

I'm going to take both of these URLs to work tomorrow, and when our supervisor gets called into the inevitable meeting, I'm going to share it with my co-workers. Maybe instead of staring at our cubicle walls, we can stare at these all afternoon! It would be an improvement over the usual.

And then it will be the weekend! Shiny!
