just had a cool idea pop into my head, but i dont have the skill to do it.

someone should make a Cortex Sim (web browser), with the ability to send Waves (instant message).

anyone wanna give it a try? =D

I am a programmer.... And I have some artistic ability...

But maybe this task is a little out of my reach...

I haven't attained the 26th century level of technology yet.... DOH!

But if your looking for a comparable substitute, bring on the ideas... at least it would be fun to imagine!
