Hi there - I am trying to change my alias and because it is the same email address, I can't get my computer to log-in with the new alias. Any suggestions? Sorry for being so forum-illiterate!!

You should be able to go into your profile and click Edit Profile. You should be able to change things in your profile and alias/screenname.

to reach your profile from the main page click myfirefly at the top right hand corner of the page, or click your screen name in any thread you have participated in.

Nope, tried that several times and it didn't work. I change it and click 'update', but the original alias remains.
