If it helps there was a period in collage in Halls where I watched a couple of episode of Big Brother.
Its so wrong! But you watch one bit and its like the pondlife on the shows are actually real! And you find yourself wanting to know what happens next, its like it sellotapes itself to your brain.
Which is why i'm usually into strict avoidance.
One 'reality' show we all need to watch theought is 'Muppet Idol' if it ever gets made. I'm getting split side just thinking about how funny its going to be.
