Do You Know What Your Sin Is?

During the final fight scene between Mal and the operative, The question is posed... "Do you know what your sin is Mal?" And he gets a crack in the mouth before he can answer... It led me to ponder 2 things ....

1) What does the operative think that Mal's sin is?

2) What is my sin?

I think that the operative was going to say ENVY, he belives that Mal is jealous of the alliance and all of their resources. Belives that he was FORCED into the life he lives.

And as for MY sin... I would like for it to be Lust. But thats not the case anymore. Now its Sloth, When I come home from work... I want to sit on the couch and fall asleep, sleep is one of my top 10 hobbies.

Now its your turn.... What do you think that the operative was going to say? and what is your sin?

Aw, hell... I'm a fan of all seven.

Theop seems fond of accusing others of pride. There's a good chance Mal was about to get the same treatment. Of course, the real prideful one was Theop himself.

wow, never realy thought about it but would have to go with a bit of all of them, never realised how weak the sins are. I'm glad those oldies had a nice dose of grey area

The Operative was going to say Mal's sin was Pride, because it is, "in point of fact", the Operative's sin. He projects it onto everyone he kills...

As for me, I'm sinless.

Seriously though, mine would be Lust, but I'm too lazy to do it properly. It's not on the list but my real sin would be Distraction. I lose interest half-way through just about everything, except sex and Firefly.
