It's not really what I'd classify as a good hurt, but it is more or less self inflicted.
Luckilly because I was taking delivery of my new car I have an unofficial day off, so its not so bad. I drove my car which was nice, its especially nice too see just 3 miles on the clock too

Nope, miles, we invented them and we're not giving them up and don't any of you forget it!
And if you were doing 30kph in a 30mph zone (most urban roads) you'd be going around 18mph...
