Unfortunately there's no way to do pre-sales or reservations, but you can bet that I'll be posting about it all over the place when the book is available! :)

Folks have asked about being notified when the cookbook is available. There is an announcement-only email list at YahooGroups that will be sending out cookbook updates (probably no more than a couple a month) to subscribers.

But most importantly, it's also where you can go to hear it soonest when the cookbook is available! :)
