I know that there are other topics about this, but I thought I should start a new topic.

Out of nowhere Star Wars has jumped from something like 9th place to beating Serenity out of 5th place!

If you can, please vote! I know these internet polls are kinda silly, but imdb.com is actually one of those few sites that I would look at to see if there were any good films I haven't seen yet, so lets give it a shot! :)

I'd vote. But I've already wasted mine (on Serenity).

I'm guessing that somewhere, on a board like this (but star wars related) someone made the same kind of plea for votes that you are doing now...

I was bad and added a few more accounts with other e-mail addresses. I hate doing that for these silly polls, but something weird is going on since just a few days ago Star Wars had 2000 less votes! :)

I think the ammount of rabid fans is simply a lot larger when it comes to SW. So if the news of a poll reached a larger SW-fans community I could easily see a jump like that happening... sadly.

I think you're right Kent! Especially since now SW is up by 24 votes versus the 5 or so when I started this thread. I guess it was nice while it lasted!

lol... I know what ya mean, CBY. I usually don't give much interest in internet polls either except imdb is very popular. And if it helps I did not add 2 more accounts until SW jumped 5 places overnight. Not that that makes me "cheating" any better!
