On tonight’s 2nd episode of ‘24’ everyone’s favorite Psychotic Low Life played a bad guy for about four seconds. I guess future episodes will feature him more, until Jack kills him.

I thought it was him too! So I confirmed it by checking on imdb.com
According to that site, he is scheduled to appear in at least 5 more episodes.

Not only was (is) he on 24, he was on Medium a couple weeks ago as well. He played a ghost of an evil doctor from the 1800's. It was a recurring character from last year.
