Alexander the Great?

oh you win! you win.

on an interesting but not veryrelevent side note, someone started work in my company called Alaexandra Alexandre. why? why! what on earth posesses people to do that to their children?

on an even less rellevent but very exciting and tasy note, I found a recipe for that white stuff that Yosaffbridge makes for Mal in 'Our Mrs Reynolds' the one that Wash goes nuts over -Baozi i think its called. I was so happy, if hotels had cooking facilities I would be making them for everyone at the conventions. As it is, if anyone wants the recipe, just ask!

Curse Seryn's sudden but inevitable (exposure of my) shallowness.

OK, racking the brain for ugly people who I fancy...

Nope, Can't think of any. If I fancy them, I can't find them ugly.

Now, if you want unconventional, I've got Tamsin Greig from Black Books. Pauline McLynn from Father Ted. Michelle Gomez from Green Wing. Katy Murphy. Tilda Swinton. Eddie Reader. PC Cathy Bradford. She was trouble. Alexandra Pigg in Letter to Brezhnev. Roberta Taylor.

Thing is, what I call ugly is if someone has a horrible soul.

That Amber Johanson off The Bill. Total wrong number. I fancy Smithy more. (In a theoretical, deepening voice, scratching self and spitting heterosexually way obviously.)

Oh, and I forgot to put Diana Rigg from the other list.

Oh, I wan't talking ugly people, after all Chris Barrie is a very good looking bloke by many standards, he's got all the right features in the right places and he's not leperous or anything.
It was simply a shock, cause the only thing I've ever seen him as is Arnold Rimmer.

so not ugly, but unconventional is good!

so my raging crush on another woman despite our mutual straight staus is all in the interests of equality.

Here I was thinking it was just a quirk of repressed hormones (yes, thats right, I said repressed, its a pet theory that the reason I fancy so many celebs is cause in real life i'm a chronic commitment phobic and can't bear the though of someone seeing the inside of my bedroom let alone the inside of my head)

But that is good.

Favorite random crush. No laughing (Please). I feel the need to prefix this a little. I'm 28 and happily married (husband doesn't count as a crush.)

Random crush -- the 6 brother in 7 brides for 7 brothers. Gideon I think. I was 12 at the time. He was really cute; don't know about know -- movie was made in 1954.

I never really outgrew my whole Val Kilmer thing; Real Genius, the Saint -- and he's aging well.

And my current one -- the brunnette duke brother from Dukes of Hazzard (the series, not the movie). Tom Wopat. In the '80s he was hot. mmm mmm good; and man that man had a nice set of ab muscles!

I told my husband he could sleep with Angelina jolie as long as I got the opportunity also. Then he told me that he doesn't find her that attractive -- something about her lips.

That's one of those goes-without-saying things with my boyfriend and I... we'd both totally hit that, but we would have to share. I have a number of female crushes on top of my list of male crushes, but Angelina is definitely at the top.
