I was trying to identify the items on Jayne's belt and had trouble

Starting from the front and going clockwise
1. Belt keeper
2. 1911 holster - material unknown
3. Unknown (Large black pouch)
4 3x vertical magazine pouches leather
5. Handcuff pouch
6. Unknown - Appears to be some sort of a cross between a Civil War cartridge pouch and a small sporran.
7. belt keeper

Can anyone ID #3 and #6
