I found the pattern and materials. Made a pair and they are right cunning I do believe.

Not at all, Buckaroo Bobbins. It is the Britches pattern. I did modify it. I used a khaki wool for the pants, perfect color match, and I used a dark brown wool for the stripe. The stripe has a finished width of 1 1/2 inches. I included it in the side seams.
