"Come a day there won't be room for naughty men like us to slip about at all..."

Want my autograph now?

I haven't heard all the others, but there are several other browncoats in them. Like Rel! And then Sean was in one of the Firefly chats, right?

I like initiations. They're fun. If we are going to vote, I vote to keep them. It weeds out the lazy and makes me laugh. Plus, after you do an initiation, you really feel like you belong because you earned it.

My two pence.

Hee hee! I heard Rel's e-mail being read, too ... also verra shiny, even if the reader wasn't sure how to pronounce the nick!

I vote we keep initiations! It's loads fun and I think everyone who participates enjoys it, too. Besides, like has been said, there's a feeling of "I did it!" when you pass (which everybody does, but still; it's the thought that counts).

I'm stuck awaiting the cable guy. That sounds like a title for a bad comedy routine (I hate that guy). They give you a four-hour window to wait and wonder. I just hope he doesn't show at something like 15 minutes 'til the end and expect I can stay for however long the installation takes. I never trust people to schedule time intelligently.

I heard Rel's email, too, it was funny when the guy mispronounced his name.

I got my picture taken with the Signal people at Dragon*Con. I can't remember if I posted it or not. I should send it to the Browncoat book people, along with my picture of KRAD, who wrote the novelization. I should send lots of pictures into them, esp. as the deadline's tomorrow.

I had to wait for the internet guys to come fix our internet yesterday. They gave us a 1-5pm timeline. We were without internet most of the day. It was AWFUL.
