It's just a temporary cover - that's an extra who won a competition to be in the photo.

For those as needs it told:

The person next to Summer is an young lady who won a role as an extra in the BDM. Part of the package was pics w/ the BDHs.

This picture is nothing more than a place holder for Serenity books like the novelization & now this book.
