I can't call. I'm at work and I've already been involved in some slightly dodgy chicanery just to get the time off. If they find out I haven't already booked my tickets, they may just kill me. Or at least, it'd definitely hurt my promotion chances!

This is ridiculous! I finally got through on the phone only to get an answer phone message telling me that booking opens at midday on Friday! Argh!
