I spent most of last week at a friends house. Now I had previously introduced her to the verse so no problem there. But this week she had her sister and a friend from out of town over as well. Both had managed to see snippets of FF somewhere and were intrigued so I brought my copy along. I hooked em both. The friend especially. She's a new minted Wash fanatic. She curses Joss for killing her Wash. And now everybody wants Serenity and Firefly for christmas. Woohoo! Three more copies of each. Three more folk to spread the word. As to the other part of my blog. I was looking though some of my stuff and found a shirt that looks an aweful lot like Mal's Serenity shirt. Technically it's a women's shirt but it has no shape so no worries there. I even wear it with the sleeves rolled up. That is mostly cause they're too short though. There are two problems though. First off, I'm a female person and cannot cosplay as Mal. Second is that it's kind of a cranberry color instead of that faded red Mal wears. Does anyone know a color that I could maybe dye it with to get the proper shade?

Okay people i'm having a few problems on what Mal would say to a kid pestering him. So I'm only gonna give you a few lines prior to the part i need help with, so don't hassle me about not making sense. A small boy about 10 years old approached the deeply withdrawn Mal, who was contemplating how long he was going to wait for this potential pilot. The boy had obviously tried his best to clean the dirt and grime from his caked skin but nothing could hide the boys worn hands and heartbroken eyes as he positioned himself in front of Mal. “Where ya headin’?” the boy questioned Mal, wiping the sweat off his brow, as he scanned the crowd for trouble. “Not where your going. Now scram!” Mal retorted, trying to rid the kid quickly. Mal’s patience was being tested by both the boy standing in front of him and the lateness of the new pilot, as he tapped his foot on the metal ramp of Serenity. “Heard you were the great Captain Malcolm Reynolds. Is it true you killed 8 men with a single bullet?” The boy questioned, a large smile appearing across his face, as he looked up towards the hard worn face. Mal’s focus remained on the crowd, hoping he could leave this red-necked planet and collect his large booty waiting for him on Peresphone. What I need help with is what Mal would say after that ^ (must give away his destination of Persphone)

Alright, so I keep editing my story Sweet Serenity...God, it's never going to be good enough for me:bash:. The dialog is a little bit better, I think. Not as cheesy, I think it flows a little better...anyway, it dosen't matter what I think, it matters what you all think, so check it out and get back to me.

So the nice lady from the Mobile Infirmary calls me to ask about #2, things they need to know before surgery and she says that after the surgery he will be brought to the Surgical Intensive care unit and now I am hyperventilating and generally freaking out. I need to get it out now, so I don;t do it in front of him, but I just want to cry. Silly I know, but there it is. Please. Please. Please - those of you that pray say one for #2 and me mum. Its a freakin week in FMFland.

I have got a comment and a few emails about what the game is about. Well the game is a FPS. The story has not been set up. There are also going to be some space sim where you fly Serenity. I dont have all the detail since the project is still very young. I dont know what will happen until I can find some good modelers. I hope to try and keep the community updated as much as possible.
