The first part of the second fic in my post-BDM series, 'Falling through the deep slot', is up now, and I hope that somebody enjoys it. For anybody who hasn't read all of the first one, 'Passing through the storm,' it was reposted about two weeks ago. This one is going to be a little less action-ey, but still with plenty of hot couples stuff and as much fun dialog as I can manage to come up with. And there'll be a thrilling spacewalk scene for the climax! And I'm already thinking about the third in the series, and so on. Firefly owns my soul!! In offline news, I'll be heading off to my sister's place this afternoon for present exchanges and turkey dinner. Got all kinds of giftees for my nieces and my nephew, yay!

I know it's quite contrary to my first post about Christmas, but when I get presents I can't resist posting them! Because I'm so excited and thankful for them. Either way, my mom and dad found about my little Firefly/Serenity liking and they went all out for me. (on what they could find) So, in all, I got: -A fruity Oaty Bar tshirt! I love it! -Serenity: Those Left Behind HARDCOVER!! -A copy of "Bushwacked" the script, signed by each one of the actors -The Serenity CD -and to top it all off...an XBOX 360! :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin: So Merry Christmas, Browncoats! What did you all receive from Buddha/Santa? hahaha!

We rented a movie last night ("The Bourne Ultimatum" if you must know) and I was watching the opening ads & previews while my S.O. made dinner. They had this extended ad for HD DVDs, with clips from a lot of different movies. I wasn't paying a lot of attention but suddenly I saw something that made me sit right up: Serenity! I'm absolutely certain I caught a glimpse of our ship in the midst of the other movies! It made me smile. Merry Christmas.
