I love being sick
Friday, 24 November 2006 19:06:06

I've been sick for the past 2 days which sucks, but I've been able to squeeze out a few fics and I'm very excited. They'll be up in the Blue Sun Room as soon as I get a beta reader to edit them a bit. They'll be titled You're Beautiful, Interesting Day (this one I'm not so I'm sure of we'll have to see) and the last one is called Captainy Things which is the continuation of Going Well. I also have a bunch of ideas for my series, I think I've discovered my muse!!!

Just a second ago i was trying to send that friend some more e-mails of some of our favorite song lyrics and i was also considering telling her about my great day in Clifton Hill. i logged on to the site, but when i tried to go to e-mail my slow, windows 95, dial up computer could not find the server. i think that the e-mail on that site is down! so annoying, but i can always send the e-mails tomorrow i guess. im just worried that she won't check her e-mail and won't get the e-mail that i alredy did send her. Below are some of the lyrics i was going to send. "dearly beloved are you listening, i can't remember a word that you were saying, are we demented or am i disturbed, the space thats in between insane and insecure" "oh therapy can you please fill the void, am i retarded or am i just overjoyed, nobodys perfect and i stand accused for lack of a better word and thats my best excuse" -dearly beloved green day "i don't feel any shame, i won't apoligize, when there is nowhere you can go, running away from pain when you've been victimized, tales from another broken home" -tales from another broken home green day "and i leave behind this hurricane of f'ing lies" -tales from another broken home green day "move along, move along jut to make it through, move along" -move along the all-american rejects i thought that mabey if i showed her the fun that we had had as friends then we would stay friends.

Well, we're a little closer to being able to move. Not there yet. May not pan out before winter's over at this rate. We did get our shed relocated to our intended abode today. It's 12x15 or thereabouts, and is quite useful. It's been a storage shed, a chicken coop, and a storage shed again. Most recently it was adopted by a squirrel unbeknown to us and therefore was storage for a bushel or so of black walnuts. The furry thing was evicted without incident. Hopefully it will not take up residence in the house. We aren't any closer to putting our house on the market at present because we're not able to move in to Dad's. Maybe sometime after December 8, but there's no telling. To think we started the process before April. No, don't think about it. It's better that way. Just DON'T THINK ABOUT IT. There, all better. (twitch) Having a glass of tawny port and getting ready to read CS Lewis to my son before his bedtime arrives. I'm trying to come up with a way to bring my fic series to a point at which it can change direction a bit, but gently.
